Senior Solutions was specifically created to provide older adults with a single solution to coordinating the entire process of selling a home and moving forward. Senior Solutions is a full service local real estate brokerage firm that specializes in working with seniors. We offer over-the-top customer service and strive to make the process of getting to your new home as seamless as possible.
Our typical client has lived in their home for 30+ years. Some may be living alone, while others may have family who are too far away, or who are already overwhelmed and are unable to help. Many of the seniors we meet know they need to make a change in their lives but are hesitant or fearful to take the next step.
At Senior Solutions, we take a holistic approach as we provide confidence and structure for our clients and their families. We are gifted problem-solvers and focus on each individual and their specific needs. We carefully consider the person, evaluating where they want to go, their ability or desire to take on any home update projects and how much support they have around them. After we develop a deeper understanding of where each person is, we design a custom plan that will safely get them to their next home. When the timing is correct, we actively and professionally list and sell their home.
For many of our clients, selling their current home is just part of the process. The rest comes when they begin looking for a more suitable home for their current situation. This might be another form of ownership like a condominium, townhome or cooperative. Or it might involve renting or leasing their next home.
